  • My German-language certification trainings are offered through NESYI — the Neurodiversity Embodiment Somatic Yoga Institute.

    NESYI provides digital live trainings for professionals in coaching, education, therapy-related fields, yoga, mindfulness and people-centered work who want to integrate embodiment, vagus-oriented practices, nervous system education and resilience methods into their professional practice.

Meet Carla Sophie Tiemann

Carla Sophie Tiemann

Carla Sophie Tiemann is a trainer, yoga teacher and People & Culture consultant based in Hamburg, Germany. Her work combines Positive Psychology, Embodiment, Somatic Yoga, nervous system education and neurodiversity-informed facilitation.

With a background in Social Entrepreneurship, European Politics and organisational psychology, she supports individuals, teams and professionals in developing embodied resilience, emotional balance, focus and meaningful ways of working.

She is the founder of NESYI — Neurodiversity Embodiment Somatic Yoga Institute — where she offers German-language certification trainings for professionals in coaching, education, yoga, mindfulness and people-centered work.
